Park Brooke Amenities Overview

Clubhouse

The clubhouse has a rental capacity of 75 people. There is internet and a 50" television (no cable at this time) to be used during rentals. The main portion of the clubhouse is locked 24/7, we will activate your pool key before the reservation. Our clubhouse is available for rental via the “Reservations” tab on the home page. There is a $50 rental fee as well as a refundable deposit of $250. 

Pool & Wading Pool

There is a large pool and wading pool for the smaller children to enjoy. In addition, there is a large sun shade for residents looking to enjoy the pool on hot days. The Park Brooke pool is located at the front of the neighborhood at 4185 Park Brooke Drive, Alpharetta GA 30022. During the normal pool season there is a lifeguard on duty. Available to residents for pool parties by reservation only. No more than six (6) guests per household.

Tennis (8) & Pickleball Courts (2)

Our neighborhood hosts ALTA play and individual non-team play. There are eight (8) tennis courts in the community. 
Four (4) are located beside the pool in the front of the community. Four (4) are located beside the pavilion in the back of the neighborhood. The back tennis courts (5-8) were resurfaced in late 2024 and pickleball lines were added to court 8. As of September 2024, there are two pickebcall courts on court #4 and #8. Court #8 is a lighted court, however #4 is not.
We utilize "Reserve My Court" to reserve courts for play. We have several levels of ALTA teams that play year-round.

Playgrounds

There are two playgrounds in the community. One is located beside the pool in the front of the neighborhood. The second larger playground is located behind the basketball court in the back of the neighborhood.  

 

Recreational Pavilion

The pavilion located in the back of the community has several tables for resident usage. For parties, we use "Reserve My Court" to book the pavilion. There are restrooms and overhead fans to keep cool during the Georgia summers! There was a major renovation project on the pavilion in late 2023 to early 2024. A community Free Little Library was added as well! 

Basketball Court 

The Basketball Court at Park Brooke is used by all ages. It is located at the back pavilion. No reservation required to use. One(1) resident must be present at all times during play.

 

Located behind the tennis courts in the back of the community there is an entry point for the Big Creek Greenway. There is a parking lot available.
