Clubhouse Reservations Calendar

The clubhouse has a rental capacity of 61 people and does not include pool use during rentals.  The main portion of the clubhouse is locked 24/7. Our clubhouse is available for rental via the “Reservations” tab on the home page. Starting January 1, 2023, reservations will have a $50 fee to rent the clubhouse. The current refundable deposit of $250 will remain the same. Two different checks will need to be made out Park Brooke and mailed to Alisha Duston (1230 Johnson Ferry Rd, Suite F10, Marietta GA 30068). Please put clubhouse reservations in the notes. The pool card is used to enter the clubhouse. There is functioning TV, but no cable service at this time.
